1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using www.tmcroofing.com (the “Site”) or requesting services from TMC Roofing (“TMC”), you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Services

TMC provides roofing services across Southern California, including inspections, repair, replacement, commercial roofing, gutters, skylights, and related services. Specific scope and pricing are set in a written quote or contract for each project.

3. Quotes and Estimates

Free roof inspections come with no obligation. Written quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Quotes assume access conditions, deck conditions, and material availability described at inspection; significant deviations may require revised pricing communicated in writing.

4. Warranties

Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer (e.g., GAF Golden Pledge, Owens Corning, CertainTeed, Carlisle). Workmanship warranties from TMC are set in your project contract. Warranty terms vary by product and project type.

5. Insurance Claims

When TMC supports an insurance claim, the homeowner remains responsible for communication with their carrier, payment of deductibles, and final acceptance of any claim settlement.

6. Payment

Payment terms are specified in each project contract. We accept check, ACH, credit card, and offer financing through approved partners. Late payments may be subject to interest and lien rights as permitted by California law.

7. License

TMC Roofing is licensed in California: C39 #1103611. Verify license status at cslb.ca.gov.

8. Site Use

Information on this Site is provided for general guidance. Specific roofing recommendations require an in-person inspection. Do not rely on website content as a substitute for professional advice on a specific roof.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TMC Roofing’s liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or website use is limited to the amount paid to TMC for services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Riverside County, California.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with the “Last updated” date.
